About:

Fiber artists and quilters come to Makers Circle to take advantage of our acid dye fabric printer. The large bank of adjustable height tables (5.5 feet x 10.5 feet) are perfect for projects that require a large work surface. We have all the equipment you need to turn drawings, photographs or any scannable items into digital files ready for printing. Our fabric printer can create permanent images, once steamed, onto fabric up to 44" wide by any length.

Our outdoor work space, equipped with large rolling tables conveniently located near power and water, is perfect for those wishing to dye fabric. Our close proximately to forests, gardens and trails make us a perfect destination for makers interested in eco-printing and eco-dying.

Western North Carolina is an area rich in textile art and history and is home to some of the world's best quilters and quilting shops.  If you are wanting a mentor or tutor while you are here, please let us know, we can arrange that for you.
